I'm here to inspire and encourage others.  Also, I want to shine a spotlight on your beauty and the beauty of life.

The Beauty Industry is my passion.  I have served in the beauty industry for over 36 years as a professional Cosmetologist.  Because my journey has been quite exciting and very  rewarding, I would like to share parts of my journey with you!

I will share some of my experiences from the eyes of a Beauty & Barber Supply Store Owner (retail), while also owning a Beauty Salon and through the eyes of being a Cosmetologist working in someone else’s salon.

The Diversions

Along my journey, I had the awesome pleasure to dabble heavily in Real Estate for four years as a Realtor in Michigan before the market crashed in 2006 - that holds a story all in itself!  I also spent seven long years with The Department of Homeland Security - TSA.  Boi-O-Boi...do I have some stories to tell about that!

Important Stuff

With permission from my family, friends and other cohorts, I would like to talk about relationships, because relationships are important to me.  The relationships formed along the way have framed my life.

I will be doing household and salon product/equipment reviews along with tips on maintaining healthy hair while we care for our health...and the psychology of it all.

To fully enjoy life, our health is paramount.  My core belief is that everything our body needs to be healthy was provided for us by our creator. We must be proactive, study and figure out what our individual needs are for optimal health.  I prefer a holistic approach to good health.

My Hope

My hope in being here is to continually learn, educate, inspire, buildup and advance myself and all that I come into contact with.

I'm interested in digital marketing and I aspire to one day be an accomplished Author.  Blogging will begin my writing journey.
